Primary Purpose:

Provide user support and customer service on company-supported computers and applications. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.


  • Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls, emails, and walkups
  • While acting as a single point of contact, takes ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to resolution for the entire company
  • Assist with installing upgrades, repairs, movement and replacement of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Deliver status reports, briefings, recommendations, and findings to IS Manager
  • Adaptable to thrive in a demanding, fast moving, and customer-focused environment

Education, Experience, Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 1 years of technical support experience providing support for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and basic understanding of networking
  • Must be able to and willing to provide phone support to remote clients
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills required; excellent written and organizational skills a must
  • Perform physical inventory, hardware repair, equipment delivery, and testing
  • Participate in afterhours emergency support lineup
  • Occasional travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment to meet critical deadlines

  • Office environment
  • Warehouse environment
  • Lift 20 lbs
